		<description>That&#039;s a great quote on the vegan cookies, but of course a non-vegan could rationalize it that she&#039;s just not so good at making non-vegan cookies.

HSUS or PETA  (or someone else with loads of money) should organize a major cookie (or other non-meat-based item) bakeoff or other contest such that each group (vegans and non-vegans) got to pick the tastiest cookies in their category. Then put those head to head in a blind taste test for non-vegans. And by blind I mean that the tasters would not be informed that one cookie was vegan and the other wasn&#039;t, they would just be asked to evaluate which one tastes better. 

That would be some good PR for vegan baking and would be virtually unchallengeable.</description>
