    I always shudder when I read these as they come in from FDA and USDA press releases. Apparently there is a big market for cow heads: http://www.usrecallnews.com/2008/04/usda-701.html and they get recalled once every couple of months. I don’t know who buys them or what they’re used for, and I probably don’t want to know either.
