		<description>Ugh.  That whole mad cow thing happened a few hours away from my hometown.  Surprisingly enough, my sister-in-law (and her nutrition professor!) never heard about it.  How's that for warning the public?

I sometimes have a hard time trusting the government to make sure my food is okay.  (Not that meat is food, but ya'll know what I mean.)</description>
