		<description>The animal care kit is such a great idea!  Last fall I was running and found the tiniest baby animal - a mole, probably - and it was such a baby that it was happiest curled up in my hand.  A sure sign it was not capable of defending itself  - it should have been trying to get away from me! 

I had no idea what to do, but thanks to my cell phone and some friends who got online and found some phone numbers, I was able to bring the baby (in my emptied out queen bee clutch) to the wildlife rescue place.  That made me think that I should always have such numbers at hand, but I didn't do anything about it. So now I'm motivated to print out the info to have with me all the time! I'll program some numbers in my cell too. 

Oh, and for the vegan gift basket, something I've done which has gone over really well was to print out some of my favorite recipes and cut them down to fit into a flip photo frame. Makes for an easy cookbook with its own stand, and with each recipe protected from splatters.  This is also a great way to appear to be creative when you're not very creative in reality! :D
