A new mac 'n cheese? Grabs my attention every time. But a cup full of oil? I dunno. I want to try, and will, but I will have to do something about that.Maybe switch to extra virgin olive oil, ease it back to half a cup and throw in something else to compensate for the lack of moisture. Not sure what ... wheels turning here. Interesting challenge.

Cheers!
