    Finally, the truth is out. Fish may get a reprieve, a well-deserved one, i might add.

    I’ve also read that you need less of the plant-derived ones- so ounce for ounce, say, walnuts are more beneficial than salmon. (poor little salmon). Yay for plant omega-3’s!

    Yea ! Yet more evidence that real, whole ( plant-based, of course ! ) food diet is best !!!
