Hmmm, I had a spinach salad a few days ago, straight from my very local CSA. No worries, no fuss, and has to be fresher than whatever is shipped from California to the midwest and east coast!
you know, since this happened my grandparents have stopped eating spinach-and kept hassling me about eating it. I mentioned that mad cow disease didn’t stop them from eating burgers.
They leave my greens alone now…
