Please share the vegan pierogi recipe with me also. I have my grandmother's recipe for regular pierogies that I plan to try to conver, but a tried and true recipe seems more appealing with all that work.

I'm going to try to find a new, better job, and if that happens, an apartment with a nicer kitchen.

I hope I can cook more and rely on processed foods less.

While my resolution doesn't involve dipping my toes into the vegan pool (15 year vegetarian though!), I am resolving to spend smarter (by which I mean not only make better purchasing decisions but also buy local foodstuffs as much as I can) and also to cook more out of my garden this summer (last year we ended up canning all our veggies for wedding table favors - it was fun but a bit sad to see all our veggies gone!)
