Hi there,
Would you happen to know where I might be able to find this elusive pdf file of cheesecake recipes? I'd be more than happy to pay $10 for it, but the website doesn't appear to exist anymore. Any advice for the vegan-cheesecake-needy?
Thanks,
Erin

That's interesting... from what I understand, a lot of the restaurants in NY get their cheesecakes from the same place (I'm blanking on the name... Isa? Can you help?).

Had a great meal at Franchia in April and am itching to try Hangawi... next time.

I haven't had Red Bamboo's cheesecake, but Hangawi's tofu cheesecake is possibly the best I've ever had... For a while I forgot where I'd eaten it, so every time I went to a veg restaurant I'd order the cheesecake all hopefully, only to be disappointed. In fact, it's probably a good idea that I'm putting this in print, now that I remember it! The next time you come to NYC you should try it! :)
