oooh the scrambled tofu looks interesting, but im drooling over those lemon cupcakes! vegetarian-friendly cookbooks are hard to come by, so thanks for the heads up :-)
Almost every recipe I’ve tried from theppk.com has been great, so I have very high hopes for the cookbook.
