The Fantastic Foods Fast Natruals saved my life! I take them to work everyday and they're so tasty that you would never know they're totally natural and vegetarian! Their soup cups and noodle bowls are also great although they don't full me up, but I'm a big eater.

Well, the amount of saturated fat in the chocolate bars varies widely. Dagoba has some relatively low fat ones. So, choose wisely :-) Also, good dark chocolate has fiber in it -- so think of it as increasing your fiber intake. Forget about drinking prune juice, suck down some chocolate.

Also, I try to limit myself to 1 or 2 chocolate squares per day (depending on the size of the squares). That usually limits my fat intake. The serving size most vendors use seems to include a good 1/3 to 1/2 the chocolate bar.
