Tofutti's Better Than Cream Cheese will load you up with sat fat and trans fat alike

Actually, Tofutti now has trans fat-free versions of both the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream, and the new stuff still tastes just as good to me.

There is a better solution! WholeSoy is coming out with spreads this spring (the website says "February" but I haven't seen them yet - and if I can't find it in San Francisco, it doesn't exist yet ;-)

http://www.wholesoyco.com/product_spread.html

No trans fats, very low on saturated fat, organic, and tasty! I tried both the original and the chive versions at the Green Festival in November, and thought they both tasted good.
