Boston Cookies are great. I've enjoyed them for years but became a big fan in 2002, when visiting Boston, I made it to the factory. It's a small family run operation. They were very nice and offered to donate all the broken, or otherwise un-sellable, cookies and brownies to Food Not Bombs (an anti-hunger group, I was working with).

In the Pacific NorthWest we have Baker's Breakfast cookies from Bellingham, WA. They have two vegan varieties, Vegan Chocolate Chunk and Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk. Since I limit my sugar intake, I haven't tried them, but several of my vegan friends swear by them.

I live in the Portland, OR area and see them in stores around here. They also appear to sell them on their website as well.
