Blue Sky was a pleasant surprise. I do NOT drink the “traditional” soda after participating in a science experiment on the contents. I am doing research on the carbonation in Blue Sky, at this point I am not worried about letting my children drink the organic (Cane Sugar) products within limitation. Less than one per week, and only as a special treat.

I tried Blue Sky for the first time a few weeks ago, it was very good. I refused to drink dark colored sodas after my daughters science experiment so I was very glad the soda was clear. I think the carmel coloring in soda’s is far worse than the HFCS. Do some research, you will be very surprised at what is in a “traditional” soda.

The company is actually in the process of switching all of their “Natural” sodas that contain HFCS to cane sugar. That was good news to me since they make the only natural Dr. Pepper flavored soda which they’ve dubbed “Dr. Becker.”

Blue Sky sodas??? Natural?? Why does the front say NO ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS but then the back says “CONTAINS NO FRUIT JUICE” and the ingredients list, “NATURAL GRAPEFRUIT FLAVOR”????? What is natural besides the actual fruit juice itself? I’m confused.

I am a fan of Knudson sodas, however, when reading the ingredients I notice that they list sparkling water. I would be interested in knowing if that is just plain old tap water and everything that that entails or if they used either distilled, spring or at least filtered or purified water?

Does anyone know what natural flavors mean in Blue Sky Natural Sodas?
If the flavors are not coming from juices in this natural soda, how can they be natural?

I really enjoy your all natural sodas. I’m glad there is a company out there that makes such a great tasting all natural soda without any Splenda, or Aspartamine in them.

There are many sodas without HFCS, such as Cricket Cola, the Knudsen Spritzers, the Switch, GuS (Grown-up Soda, which I have not seen in the area in a while, although I saw it in NYC). Knudsen and the Switch are basically carbonated fruit juice. Cricket and GuS use cane sugar. Check a natural foods store or restaurant, and you will likely find good sodas without HFCS.

The Blue Sky Green tea soda ( Peach Mist) is suprisingly good, and it uses Pure Cane Sugar to sweeten it ( ONLY 33G )… Much better than soda and it has no preservatives, caffeine, or artificial flavors… It also has low sodium ( 10mg).. I can’t believe how good it taastes, I thought green tea soda would be nasty, but it was better than any soda I have EVER had!!!!!I wish blue sky had a way to order directly from them, it is so hard to find!!!!

I wish more of their flavors were available in mass. I ran across Blue Sky Cola in a Wal*Mart, but the selection is severely limited. I really enjoy the flavor of the Organic New Century Cola. I can’t wait to taste everything else they have to offer.

Blue SKy does, in fact, use high fructose corn sweetener, I don’t know what the difference if between that and high fruc. corn syrup. But either way, if that bothers you you can drink their ORGANIC line instead of the NATURAL line of sodas. The organic sodas use pure cane sugar. What does everyone think about Blue sky sodas anyway???

from what i have seen they do not use ‘high fructose corn sweetener” but “glucose-fructose syrup” in their sodas, and pure cane sugar in their tea sodas. neither of which is anything like high fructose corn syrup.

I have been a happy customer of blue sky soda for a year now and was very surprised and disappointed to find that the so called “Natural” soda has what they call “high fructose corn sweetener”. If that is anything other than an scheisty form of high fructose corn syrup then can someone please let me know, and tell me where to find it growing in the ground, since it is so natural!?

I’m a big fan of Blue Sky’s Very Berry Creme (in their Ginseng line). I’ve recently given up Cokes (regular and diet) and all of the big “corporate” soda companies. Blue Sky is my one indulgence as it at least has some beneficial properties.
