NCAA goes non-leather

Some good news from the NCAA: from now on, they’ll use non-leather basketballs made of synthetic materials, at the request of PeTA. “The production is much simpler and it doesn’t involve raising animals which is a very costly procedure,” said NCAA spokeswoman Jane Jankowski.
