Maybe you didn't catch the irony of the quote he chose to post. The irony is that if 20 million is spent on urging people to eat product "a" and 2 million for product "b", which do you think is going to be consumed, and I am not talking veges and fruits vs. meat, I am talking about everything people consume. If the National Cancer Institute and the Produce for Better Health Foundation were in the business of making money they would spend more too. You should take some classes and learn about the free enterprise system that makes this country great.
