New recipe: Cold Spaghetti Salad
I’ve posted a new recipe for Cold Spaghetti Salad that’s sure to please. It’s my mom’s recipe, so you know it has to be good. :)
It’s a lacto dish (it has feta cheese), but I’ve specified how you can make it vegan, if you so desire.

Mmmm… looks good. And my husband will be excited about the tofu feta (to-feta?). I think Feta may be the one think keeping him from being vegan.
I haven’t tried the tofu feta recipe yet, so let me know how it turns out if you try it.
I, personally, despise feta. But if he tries it, I’ll grill him on how it was.
