We tracked down one of the cheeseless grilled vegetable Amy's Pizzas yesterday. I must admit that I think I'll stick with the cheese. It was smaller than the cheese pizza. What I thought was a black bean sauce when it was frozen turned out to be a whole lot of carmelized onions. There weren't as many peppers as I had hoped, there were barely any mushrooms -- and there were way more artichokes than should be on a pizza that doesn't list them as one of the toppings.

We're going to try Amy's black bean enchilada's next -- I'll let you know how those are!

I've heard a lot about Amy's, but have yet to try any of the frozen dinners. Everything I've heard about them has been good, though...

Mmmm... sounds yummy.

Last night I had an Amy's Organic Cheese Pizza. We really want to try the grilled vegetable one (it's cheeseless) - but my store doesn't sell it.
